2. Digital License Agreements

When you purchase a product, you are granted a license to use it based on the license type chosen. You may not redistribute or resell the raw source code under any circumstances.

• Standard License Framework Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee.
• Extended License Framework Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users can be charged for. Necessary for SaaS and commercial resale products.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our anti-piracy policies. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Modifications to Service & Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Refund Policy

1. Eligible Dispute Cases

However, to protect buyers, comprehensive refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances according to standard consumer laws:

• 01. The source code file is fundamentally corrupted or technically broken, and our elite support team cannot patch or fix it within 48 to 72 business hours.
• 02. The item severely misrepresents its functional description (e.g., claiming to include a React backend but delivering only static HTML).
• 03. Critical security vulnerabilities (like SQL injection or raw XSS) are found within the product architecture that cannot be immediately patched.

2. Non-Eligible Cases

We categorically cannot issue monetary refunds or product exchanges for the following subjective reasons:

• You simply changed your mind or found a different product after downloading the raw assets.
• You do not have sufficient technical expertise (e.g., Node.js or React knowledge) to install or use the item locally.
• You bought an active item strictly by mistake and our server logs prove you have already downloaded the ZIP file.
• The item did not visually meet your expectations but functions mechanically exactly as described in the original live preview.

3. Standard Resolution Process

Before officially requesting a refund via your dashboard, you must completely open a support ticket and allow the original author exactly 48 hours to assist you with the technical issue. Submitting aggressive chargebacks without opening a support ticket will lead to an immediate account suspension.
